I love collecting Marc Jacobs perfumes - the full size versions, not just the samples that I review here on this blog - mainly because of the cute bottles that these come in. That said, his perfumes do smell quite good, always managing to find the delicate balance between being fun and girly while staying sophisticated at the same time. Marc Jacobs Honey Eau de Parfum stays true to the spirit and is another winner from the brand. The perfume is quite fresh with citrusy notes blasting through from the very first spritz. Vanilla and honey add sweetness to the citrus while woody notes mix in to give the fragrance a rounded edge as it settles down. I would pick this as a summer fragrance, with the citrus notes giving me just the freshness that I need to start my day off. Definitely a perfume that is as bright and cheerful as it's bright yellow packaging!
